Ferry rates are dependent on a wide variety of factors, including but not limited to the ones listed below. We will work hard to keep your quote in the appropriate range for each particular job. Reimbursable Travel Expenses for Staff:
- Meals and Hotels
- Ground transportation between airport and hotel
- Line service and shuttle driver tips
- Airline transportation including change fees
- Customs, immigration, landing, ramp & handling fees
Aircraft Ferry Expenses:
- Fuel Cost
- Trip Itinerary
- Number of Pilots
- Duty Days – time spent working on organizing your aircraft transportation before and after the transport takes place.
